2010 Surfside 7s Payments

Here are the dates you need to know:

*June 1, 2010 - Ball Sponsorship Due (Artwork and $)(Full Panel $500/partial panel is $250)
*June 11, 2010 - T-Shirt Sponsors Due (Artwork and $)($500 large logo/$250 smaller logo)
*June 25, 2010  - Cutoff for any new brackets (for example, women or touch)
*June 25, 2010 - Early Bird Rate for Tournament Entry Fee of $265 is over at 12 midnight
*June 26, 2010 - Tournament Entry Fee becomes$300
(no exceptions)
*July 15, 2010 - Online Ads due (Artwork and $)(this date is tentative and more details to come)

Payments will be made through the Philadelphia-Whitemarsh Rugby Football Club (PWRFC).

PWRFC is a qualified regional amateur rugby organization in the Philadelphia area which is organized and operated exclusively to foster national and international amateur sports competition and supports and develops amateur athletes for rugby competition. PWRFC enjoys a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt status. Donors can make charitable contributions and receive a tax deduction on their tax return.
