Ad Format Specifications

All submittal deadlines will be Wednesday July 11th 12 noon

Field Banner: final size: 5' x 3'
Files can be set up at 600 dpi 30% (20" x 12")
Four color, CMYK
For best results, vector artwork, Illustrator EPS files preferred.
Fonts should be outlined.

T-Shirt: Ad size 3" x 1"
One color sleeve ad
Navy Blue or White
For best results, vector artwork, Illustrator EPS files preferred.
Fonts should be outlined.

Program
Full page: Ad size 7.5" x 4.5"
Half Page: Ad size 3.75" x 4.5"
Quarter page: Ad size 1.875" x 4.5"

All ads are black and white/grayscale except back cover.
Back cover prints CMYK.
All fonts and photos must be embedded
Files should be at least 300 DPI
PDFs should be press-optimized (high-resolution)

Tagged Image Format (TIFF)
Encapsulated Postscript (EPS)
Adobe Acrobat (PDF)

File Submittal
Send one file only. Provide the name of the person who created or sent the file, along with a phone number or email where they can be reached.
Submit your digital ad on a 100 MB ZIP, CD or by e-mail.

Feel free to send hardcopy of Ad. Digital preferred. No faxes, please.
